I want to buy a new kitchen gadget, but before I do, I need to pump out a lot of recipes I've been collecting for a few years now. First up was Pasta Carbonara. Sooo good! Don't know why I've never had it before. Ate it all before I could take pictures. Vanilla Bean Biscotti's also came out of the kitchen, but are stowed away in the freezer for a rainy day, oh wati!

Elvis cupcakes anyone? The smallest batch of cupcakes I've ever made.

Egg souffle. Sooo good! Whipped egg whites, with a yoke, cream, and cheddar cheese smack in the middle. Then toasted, served with toast. Will definitely have to make again for Christine when she's home.

Orange chicken. With perfected brown rice.

Monday night dinner.
